1. Agreement to Terms

By using our site, SaaS tools, or AI prompt packs, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Allowed Use

Use the tools responsibly. Don’t hack, spam, copy, scrape, or break the law. No illegal or abusive behavior.

3. Your Data

You own your content. You give us a limited right to host, process, and show it to deliver the service.

4. Data Responsibility

You’re responsible for what you put in our tools. Make sure it aligns with your company’s policies and the law.

Prohibited: No HIPAA data, payment card info, SSNs, national IDs, export-controlled data, bank accounts, or classified info. Our tools aren’t designed to handle sensitive or regulated data.

5. Security

We apply standard security for lightweight tools. But nothing is bulletproof. Use good judgment and avoid storing critical info.

6. No Guarantees

This service is provided “as is.” No warranties — express or implied — about results, availability, accuracy, or performance.

7. Limited Liability

We’re not liable for indirect or special damages, lost profits, or data loss. If something goes wrong, our total liability is capped at $100 or what you paid in the last 12 months — whichever is greater.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and branding (except user-submitted content) belongs to System & Flow. Don’t copy, sell, or remix it.

9. Ending Your Use

We can suspend or cut access for violations. You can stop using the tools anytime. Some sections (like liability and IP) stay in force.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we’ll post the new version here. Continued use = agreement to new terms.

11. Legal Jurisdiction

These terms follow New York State law. Disputes go to courts in New York County, NY.
